If I keep writing, my hands get tired, numb, and my shoulders get stiff. Dr. Grip was developed to solve such problems. Based on ergonomics, a shaft diameter that can be gripped comfortably is adopted. It reduces the strain on the muscles on the shoulders and arms when writing.
When a strong pen pressure is applied, the spring inside the body absorbs the pen pressure with the ”active suspension” in which the pen tip mechanism slides upward. Therefore, the core does not break. It may break depending on the writing conditions. (2 clicks or less recommended)
The new mechanism ”LAS-1 SIGN” displays a sign on the window of the shaft when there is only one spare lead in the lead holder. If there is only one spare lead left, when the lead you are writing becomes shorter, the spare core will start to move downward toward the pen tip, and the parts at the top of the lead holder will also slide down to match the spare lead, and the window. A sign is displayed at the position to prevent the lead from suddenly running out.
Since it is equipped with a Pilot’s original ”fluffy mechanism” that allows the lead to come out just by shaking, there is no need to change hands.
